I qualified from Glasgow Caledonian University in Physiotherapy in 2002 and have been dedicated to working for the NHS as a registered Chartered Physiotherapist. Since 2005 I have specialised in respiratory physiotherapy developing a keen interest in dysfunctional breathing and critical care. I am a member of ACPRC (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Respiratory Care) and ‘Physiotherapy for Breathing Pattern Disorders Group’. I am also a certified Buteyko Breathing Teacher for both children and adults.

Away from work I like to spend time with my family, which can often include running or cycling.
