I have been a chartered physiotherapist since 2007, graduating from University of Hertfordshire. My career in physiotherapy started at Peterborough NHS trust where I completed core rotations, prior to developing an interest in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
Since 2010 I have worked as Senior Physiotherapist at West Suffolk NHS foundation trust gaining valuable knowledge and skills in treating MSK conditions. I have a specialist interest in Shoulder pain and rehabilitation and am a member of British Elbow and Shoulder Society and European Society for Shoulder and Elbow Rehabilitation. This has led me to work closely with local consultants to provide high quality assessment and treatment. I enjoy the variety of conditions that I can help to treat from sports injuries, knee and ankle rehabilitation and persistent pain. I have pride in using a variety of methods to help with assessing and treating clients to empower them with self-management.
Outside of work I am a keen family and sports man. I love watching and playing all sports, with coaching qualifications in football and cricket. I also enjoy playing golf, when I get the chance.
